Ryan Matherly - Youth & College Pastor

 Ryan is the Pastor of Youth & College at Pleasant Valley North Baptist Church.
He was born in Calhoun, Georgia and attended Georgia Southern University where he graduated in 2012 with a B.A. in Communication Arts.

Ryan became a Christian in early 2013 and worked as Communications Coordinator for Ronald Blue & Co., a Christian financial planning firm in Roswell, Georgia.

In early 2014, Ryan felt he was being called into ministry. He moved to Rome where he began working part-time with youth and college students at PVN. In August 2015 Ryan began pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological Seminary.  In April 2017 he accepted the call as Pastor to Youth and College. With a passion for students, Ryan works to thread the Gospel in to every piece of a teenager’s experience at PVN so that the Kingdom can grow in the Middle School, High School, and Collegiate communities.

He and his wife Kristen have been married since March 2018.
