Jason Coffman - Minister of Music

Jason Coffman has lived all his life in Armuchee. His parents, Linda and Jerry Coffman, and his sisters Dawn Boyd, Kelli Stamey, and Jenny Taylor are all PVN members. Jason has been a member for more than 20 years, throughout his school years in the Armuchee system. After graduating from Armuchee High School, Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Georgia College. He is a 4th grade teacher at Armuchee Elementary School.

Jason has long been active in PVN’s music program, singing in the choir and blessing us with solos, as well as singing with his wife Stephanie, and with Dawn and his mother. He often substituted for former Ministers of Music before serving as the interim Worship Leader in 2006. He was “officially” designated Minister of Music in June 2007. His responsibilities include leading all worship services, directing the adult choir, and directing seasonal musicals.

Jason’s wife Stephanie is a nurse with Harbin Clinic Pediatrics Department. They have two daughters, Kaylin and Kendall. When not teaching school or leading music, Jason loves to spend time with his family and friends.
