How Can Someone Join the Church?

On Profession of Faith in Jesus Christ and Baptism
You may join this church by receiving Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and following Him in obedience in baptism.  Baptism is by immersion, showing that you identify with the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

By Letter
If you are presently a member of a Baptist church, you may transfer your letter or membership to this church upon your request.

By Statement
If you have received Jesus as your Lord and Savior by repentance and confession of faith and have been scripturally baptized, you may join by your statement of faith.

How to Present Yourself for Membership
Near the end of our worship service, the Pastor extends and invitation for persons who feel led by the Lord to join the church and walk forward and tell him their decision.  You may rest assured that you will not be "put on the spot" or embarrassed in any way.  In addition, you may walk to one of our Pastors personally about membership at any time either at church or by calling the church office at (706) 232-6426.
